Returns & Refund Policy


Order Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.


Returns (Unopened Products Only)

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging

  • Product must be purchased directly from TRYIVERI.com

  • Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


First Order Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a one-time satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase of a single bottle of Define Daily.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your order for eligibility.

If approved:

  • You will receive a refund for the product price only

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

  • You do not need to return the opened bottle

Conditions:

  • Applies to first-time customers only

  • Applies to one bottle only

  • One guarantee per customer

  • Must be purchased directly from TRYIVERI.com

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity

This guarantee does not apply to bundles, multi-packs, subscription renewals, promotional items, or international orders.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be canceled or modified at any time prior to renewal.

Once a subscription order has processed and shipped, it is not eligible for refund unless it qualifies under the First Order Satisfaction Guarantee.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened products outside of the First Order Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Bundles or multi-pack purchases

  • Subscription renewals after the first shipment

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes

  • International shipping costs


How to Start a Return or Request

To initiate a return or guarantee request, email:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for request

We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
